Electrode Force Gauges
Electrode Force Gauges provide a quick and accurate method to verify key process parameters. Tong pressure can be a critical factor in spot weld quality. Too much tong pressure can result in excessive weld spatter, while too little tong pressure can result in inconsistent welds, poor fusion and excessive electrode wear.
