Small Water Cooled Cables
Watteredge Small Cable product line was originally developed for the demanding requirements of robotic spot welding applications in the automotive sector. Increasingly, this product line has branched out into many different industries and applications.
All Watteredge Small Water Cooled Jumpers are equipped with full-length filter tubes to insure free-flow water passage throughout the entire system. Acute bending or kinking will not reduce water flow.

Installation Methods
Water Cooled Jumpers should always be installed with a bend radii ranging from 90° to 180°.
Jumper Bend Specifications for Water Cooled Type
Recommended Minimum Bend Radii:
- 350 MCM - 400 MCM ... 2”
- 500 MCM - 600 MCM ... 3”
- 750 MCM - 1000 MCM ... 4”
Minimum distance from the end of the hose to the point
where the bend radii should start is as follows:
- 350 MCM - 400 MCM ... 2 1/2”
- 500 MCM - 600 MCM ... 3”
- 750 MCM - 1000 MCM ... 3 1/2”
It should be pointed out that the jumper life is inversely proportional to its operating temperature; the higher the temperature, the shorter the life. The recommended operating temperature is 55°C or less, but the maximum allowable operating temperature should not exceed 70°C. Sufficient water flow to insure a low operating temperature is very important.
