Disconnect Switch
Watteredge offers high current isolating/disconnect switch assemblies designed for AC or DC high power applications that require load disconnect from a source as well as sectionalizing high current circuits.
Available in single or back to back configurations for both AC and DC installations, our high current/disconnect switches are self-supporting and can be installed in Copper or Aluminum Bus Systems without additional support.
Disconnect Switch Contact Design and Manufacturing Advantage
The isolating/disconnect switches use our proprietary sealed silver contact assembly to increase safety and decrease failure rate. Switch assemblies are designed in arrangements of one to multiple contacts. This provides the capability of scaling up the design to the specific current requirement.
All high current disconnect switch manufacturing activities meet ISO 9001 standards.
