CNC Milling

Watteredge’s CNC machine shop is equipped with 12 vertical machining centers, 1 horizontal production machinng center with pallet pool and 1 horizontal boring mill.  This CNC milling capacity combined with advanced technology gives us the ability to meet customers’ exact tolerance requirements for precision, quality and value. We work with all types of metals including all grades of copper, aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel.

We also have the ability to take samples or rough sketches and provide our customers with a finished CAD drawing including complete sets of technical drawings of all parts and assemblies prior to production.

When reverse engineering obsolete or broken parts, we can provide detailed plans along with the new custom fabricated part.

Vertical Machining Center

Horizontal Machining Center

The horizontal machining center along with the 12 pallet pool provides the lowest cost and highest quality production machining capability for our customers.  Capabilities include:

• 3 & 4 axis machining
• 31.5″x25.6″x28.7″ travel size
• 500 mm pallet system
• Spindle speed: 14000 rpm
• Through spindle coolant
• Part probing

Horizontal Boring Mill

The horizontal boring mill is our workhorse machine for large complex machining requirements.  Capabilities include:

• 3 axis machining
• 79″x59″x48″ travel size
• Rigid 50 Taper tooling
• Table size 55″x63″
